Com 19 dias ele é levado para o nascedouro, quando nasce o pintinho, ele é submetido a aplicação de um programa vacinal, conforme preconizado pela legislação, e, de acordo com a exigência de cada cliente. A Pluma Agroavícola possui também, uma moderna tecnologia em aplicação de vacinação “in ovo”, que permite a imunização, antes mesmo do nascimento do pinto.
Quando finalizado este processo, a ave é entregue ao cliente. A logística é realizada com um veículo totalmente equipado, com controle de temperatura e umidade, para garantir o bem-estar e conforto da ave. Em 2021 a empresa produziu 348 milhões de pintos de corte.
